Overview

BRITE is an economical, concentrated cleaner formulated to quickly remove metal oxides, scum, road film, soot, diesel smoke deposits, oxidation, corrosion, and other stubborn stains from aluminum truck bodies, trailers, wheels, fuel tanks, and various other aluminum parts. It utilizes a blend of detergents and inorganic acids, including phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid, which work synergistically to dissolve tough stains without the need for scrubbing or polishing. BRITE’s non-abrasive formula makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial, automotive, marine, and cleaning applications, providing a clean, bright, “new like” appearance after application.

Directions For Use

When the surface is soiled with large amounts of oil or soot, some agitation is suggested. Do not allow it to dry on the surface. The reaction time between acid and metal varies with the type of metal, the concentration of the acid, and the temperature. To avoid streaking, try diluting and applying it on a small trial area, adjusting strength and contact time until desired results are obtained.

Apply to surface as a foam with a “Greco” or equivalent foaming equipment as available or apply diluted product as a spray. Spray or foam surface from bottom to top and rinse from top to bottom for 15 to 30 seconds after application. Do not apply to glass or polished surfaces.


  • Light Soil: Dilute 2 oz. per gallon with water.
  • Medium Soil: Dilute 4 oz. per gallon with water.
  • Heavy Soil: Dilute 6 oz. per gallon with water.
