RB 901 (5 Gallon)

RB 901 is a fortified, highly alkaline degreaser effective against tough soils like baked-on carbons, oils, and organic residues. It can be applied manually or with pressure equipment, producing high foam for better cleaning results. Its formula includes surfactants, emulsifiers, and water softeners to lift, emulsify, and remove grime efficiently. Designed for versatility in industrial cleaning, RB 901 also offers adjustable dilution rates, making it suitable for a variety of cleaning tasks.

• Industrial Equipment, Floors, Walls and Vehicles: Dilute RB 901 at 4-8 oz. per gallon for manual or pressure spray cleaning. Apply from bottom to top, agitate, and allow to set with the surface kept wet. Rinse from top to bottom to prevent streaking.
• Oilfield and Petroleum Industry: For heavier soiling, dilute at 12-36 oz. per gallon, using a pressure sprayer. Similar application method as above, emphasizing adequate dwell time for tougher soils.
• Hand Cleaning: For more direct cleaning tasks, a dilution of 8 oz. per gallon is recommended. Suitable for mopping or sponging surfaces.
• Soak Cleaning: A stronger concentration of 32 oz. per gallon is used for soak cleaning. Heated to 180-200°F.
• Spray Cleaning: A dilution range of 4-8 oz. per gallon is specified for removing heavy grease and oils. Ideal for steam or spray cleaning methods.
• Kitchens: A specialized dilution of 12-25 oz. per gallon is recommended for cleaning kitchen equipment. Apply with a hand sprayer to loosen soil before rinsing.
• Glycol Dehydrators: Up to 25 oz. per gallon for heavy soil, applied via spray, with scrubbing as needed. Rinse thoroughly after application.

NOTE: Do not use with aluminum, galvanized steel, or other non-ferrous metals.
