Shipping and Returns

When will my order ship?

All Abernathy orders will be packed and shipped between 24-72 hours of the order being placed, unless an unforeseen event occurs. In that case you will be notified of delays.

How will I know when my order ships?

When your Abernathy order ships you will receive an email letting you know it has shipped, what carrier, and tracking info.

Can I ship my orders to different addresses?

Abernathy will be happy to ship to multiple verified addresses.

Can I return something I no longer want/need?

You may return any unopened and unused Abernathy product within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price. *Shipping charges will be your responsibility. See the Shipping/Returns page for more details

What if I receive a damaged product?

In the event you receive a damaged product, contact Customer Service. Please provide order number, pictures, and a brief explanation of the problem and Abernathy will happily replace your items at no extra cost to you.

Sizing

How do I know what size the products are?

Please see the product description for specific sizes on each individual product, as sizes do vary based upon product and the available sizes for each will be listed.

Is there a price advantage to buying bulk?

Larger sizes and quantities are always more cost effective. And, to really make the most of your larger purchases, please see info on our Abernathy “Pro Program” page.

What types of payment are acceped?

Debit cards and all major credit cards are accepted by Abernathy.
