Carbon Remover Cleaner Degreaser
Overview
RB 522 is a powerful, low-foam degreaser designed to remove heavy buildups of baked-on carbons, petroleum oils, and organic residues. Suitable for various application methods, including automatic scrubbing, it features a blend of surfactants, alkaline boosters, solvents, and water softeners. These components work together to efficiently lift, dissolve, and suspend tough greases and soils, making RB 522 an effective solution for cleaning in industrial and sanitation environments.
Directions For Use
- Manual Cleaning: Dilute 8 ounces per gallon of water to remove heavy grease, oils, carbon and other soils from walls, industrial floors, and equipment. Apply with an appropriate applicator (mop, cloth, brush, or auto scrubber) and allow time for product to set, keeping the surface wet. Rinse thoroughly with clear water.
- Pressure Cleaning: Dilute 4 ounces per gallon of water to remove heavy grease, oils, carbon and other soils from walls, industrial floors, and other surfaces. Spray on with a high-pressure washer, allow dwell time, and agitate with appropriate applicator if necessary. Rinse thoroughly with a high-pressure washer.
- Soak Degreasing: Dilute 32 ounces per gallon on water. Heat to approximately 180º to 200º Fahrenheit. Allow time for product to set, depending on the soil concentration. Rinse thoroughly before product dries.
Note: Using high concentrations of this product on painted surfaces can remove the clear coat finish. Please follow usage guidelines carefully.
