Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item must have return authorization number. Simply log into your My Account page, go to open invoices under Billing > Invoices. Click on the related invoice and click Request Return.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You may also contact us at custsvc@abernathycompany.com to start the process of a returned item. Once we have all the necessary information and verify your item returnable, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
There will be a 15% handling/restocking fee on all returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) less the applicable 15% handling/restocking fee.
Remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
